These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Divine Promotion Investment Co Ltd ("we," "us," "our") and the services we provide. By using our website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Divine Promotion Investment Co Ltd offers a digital savings and contribution management platform for registered members of Divine Promotion Aba North Cooperative Society Ltd, and these Terms outline the rules, rights, and responsibilities that apply when you interact with our platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Who These Terms Apply To

   These Terms of Service apply to all registered members of Divine Promotion Aba North Cooperative Society Ltd who use the Divine Promotion mobile application. Access to the platform is strictly limited to verified members of the cooperative. It is not open to the general public.

2. What the Platform Is For

   The Divine Promotion app exists to make cooperative membership easier to manage. It allows members to make savings contributions toward a session target, track their balance, request loans or overdrafts from the cooperative pool, and submit payout requests at the close of a session. All of these activities are internal to the cooperative.

3. Your Account and Your Responsibility

   You are responsible for the security of your account login details. Any activity that takes place under your account is considered yours. Do not share your credentials with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, notify your administrator right away.

4. How Savings and Payments Work

   Each savings session runs for 50 weeks. During an active session, you can set a savings target and make contributions at any time through the app. Payments are processed via Paystack and reflect on your dashboard immediately. At the end of a session, the administrator enables payouts and you may submit a payout request, which will be reviewed and approved before funds are disbursed to your registered bank account.

5. Loans and Overdraft Requests

   Members may request loans or overdrafts from the cooperative pooled member funds through the app. These requests are subject to review and approval by the cooperative administrator. Approved loans are repaid through weekly deductions as agreed. The cooperative reserves the right to decline any request based on available funds or member standing.

6. Acceptable Use

   The platform is to be used only for its intended purpose as a cooperative membership tool. You must not provide false information, attempt to manipulate records, or use the platform in any way that is harmful to other members or the cooperative. Violations may lead to suspension or termination of your membership.

7. When We May Restrict Access

   Divine Promotion reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account access if we detect a breach of these terms, unusual account activity, or as required by applicable law or cooperative policy. Where possible, you will be notified of any such action.

8. Updates to These Terms

   These Terms of Service may be revised from time to time as the platform grows or regulations change. Continued use of the app after any update means you accept the new terms. We encourage members to review this page periodically.
