  1. Who This Policy Covers

    This policy applies to all registered members of Divine Promotion Aba North Cooperative Society Ltd who access and use the Divine Promotion mobile application. If you are not a registered member, you do not have access to the platform and this policy does not apply to you.

  2. What We Know About You

    When you register as a member, we collect your full name, phone number, and bank account details. As you use the platform, we also keep records of your savings contributions, loan requests, overdraft requests, and payout activity. This information is necessary to manage your account and serve you properly within the cooperative.

  3. Why We Have Your Information

    Your information is used to create and manage your membership account, track your savings progress across sessions, process loan and overdraft requests, and handle payout disbursements at the end of a session. We do not collect information for purposes outside of your cooperative membership.

  4. Who Can See Your Data

    Your personal information is accessible only to authorized administrators of Divine Promotion. We do not sell or share your data with any third party. The only exception is Paystack, our licensed payment processing partner, who handles the movement of funds on our behalf. Their handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.

  5. Keeping Your Records Safe

    We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or misuse. Your account is protected by your login credentials, and you are responsible for keeping them private. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, please contact your administrator immediately.

    We retain your membership and transaction records for as long as your membership is active. After membership ends, we may retain certain records for a period required by cooperative regulations or applicable law.

    You have the right to know what information we hold about you, request corrections if any information is inaccurate, and raise concerns about how your data is being handled. To exercise any of these rights, reach out to your cooperative administrator directly.
